Founded in 2004 by Alessandra da Fieno and Domingo Merino the RADAR Group jumped to a running start with the development of the Urban Genome Project, Madrid 0.1. Based in Geneva, the Radar Group is an association of different architecture practices.

Worked previously in London with Kohn Pederssen Fox as project architect for Parc du Millenaire, a 48,000 m2 office complex in Paris and the 320m tall Al Asima Tower in Kuwait and before that with Reid-Fenwick Associates on the Espanyol Football stadium in Barcelona and the Espacio tower in Madrid. In association with Cezary Bednarski, Alessandra speaheaded the winning bid for the Innerhaven bridge competition in Copenhague then went on to work with WHDG on two luxury hotel resorts in Latin America. Urban projects include participating in the Covent Garden refurbishment plan with KPF and several projects in the North of Africa and the Middle East as an architect for Reid-Fenwick Associates, including a tourist integrated resort urban masterplan in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism of Oman.
